These are well lit diaphanous floors fitted with false ceilings that are both modular and can be inspected. They are fitted with raised access flooring and flexible air conditioning. They also include dining and meeting room services or 24 hour security, amongst other features.

No more than 15 m deep, homogeneous lighting is guaranteed at all work posts.

Standard floors have a minimum clearance of 2.80 m, with a 60 cm false ceiling and 20 cm technical floor, providing for the efficient arrangement of the air supply, wiring and telecommunications.

Given the high level of flexibility of the floors, modulation of up to 5 offices is possible.
