  • All of the products and services sold in every department of the El Corte Inglés department store are available to you on the Basement 2 level (next to the mail room) in Torre Iberdrola.
  • There is no minimum purchase amount, with a warranty that if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may make changes or returns.
  • Place your daily, weekly or monthly grocery orders, including fresh foods. No shipping costs.
  • To get the products delivered on the same day, you must place your order by 2:00 p.m., and then you can pick it up at the Tower from 4:30-6:30 p.m. (*Depending on availability).
  • With the added ease of being able to enter the Tower to pick it up win your own vehicle.
  • Place your orders or request information on any product at the Tower’s El Corte Inglés sales point by telephone or by e-mail.


Basement Level 2

  • With the Post Office’s CityPaq service, you can pick up personal deliveries easily on Basement Level 2 in the Tower.
  • Enjoy the ease of shopping online and avoid having to wait around for your orders to arrive. They will be delivered straight to Torre Iberdrola’s CityPaq service.
  • To use the service, you just have to register at correospaq.es and follow the instructions there.

  • Ensure that any devices placed in the container do not exceed the maximum waste volume with the following dimensions: 54 cm (wide) x 31 cm (high) x 50 cm (long).
  • Computers, screens, mobile phones, tablets, radios, printers, fax machines, lamps, alarms, small appliances, cables, etc.
  • In addition, the company also offers a collection service for electrical and electronic waste (without a size limit) with the option of issuing a waste destruction and management certificate, which is useful for audits that are carried out regarding environmental regulations, data protection and waste management.
  • As this service is free of charge, in order to ensure the traceability required for the certificate to be issued, the devices can be sent using your own transport provider, or through ELECTRORECYCLER’s transport service to collect and manage the waste.

  • Only for employees: Even if you don’t have a parking space inside the building, you can still bring your car in to get washed.
  • The service is provided by GARNICA CEE which helps to integrate people with disabilities into the working world and society.
  • You can pay by credit card.
