(hereinafter, “Torre Iberdrola”) considers the privacy of individuals to be important, both visitors to our website (hereinafter, “Website”) and any other individuals who provide us with information through the Website or make use of the services offered as USERS (hereinafter, “USER” or “USERS”).

Torre Iberdrola undertakes to process your data in accordance with the applicable personal data protection regulations in force at any given time. 2. How do we collect the USER’s personal data?

By virtue of this Privacy Policy, “personal data” is any information that identifies you or can be used to identify you, such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address.

Torre Iberdrola obtains the data directly from you when you browse the Website and use the functionalities of the Website, as well as through the forms and e-mails provided on the Website to contact Torre Iberdrola.

4. Why do we process the USER’s personal data and on what legitimate basis?

8. How long will we retain the USER’s personal data?

Torre Iberdrola processes your personal data for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and will keep your personal information in compliance with applicable law. The criteria we follow for the conservation of your data is determined by:

    • Your personal data processed for purpose 1) above will be processed for as long as you browse the Website.

Notwithstanding the above, when the processing of your data is based on the legitimate interest of Torre Iberdrola and you exercise your right to object to it, your personal data will no longer be processed, unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or for the formulation, exercise or defence of claims. 10. Special Category of Personal Data

Special categories of personal data refer to information relating to race or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or other beliefs of a similar nature, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data for the sole purpose of identifying an individual, health data, sex life or sexual orientation.

11. Child Use Policy

This Website is not designed for or aimed at children under the age of sixteen (16), without consent by parents or legal guardians. In this regard, we do not knowingly collect information from such individuals.
